Online system for purchasing.

The method that customer used to order and purchase Dutch Lady product is they can use online system. For such as trader or wholesaler, they will open an account and register with Dutch Lady. When they already have an account, they can easily place their order to renew stocks. This is an advantage since it is easier for customer to communicate if they want to purchase products. However, Dutch Lady can record their inventory flow in a more proper online system.

Cash sales for purchasing.

In cash sales, usually retailers that are near to the manufacturer. This is when they come to the factory and buy the product. This is very common since Dutch Lady are welcoming retailers such as Tesco, Econsave to just buy products from their factory.

Open order for customers.

Dutch Lady also offers open order for customer that wants to buy their products at manufacturer. But they only sell the drinks on specific date. Other than that, sometimes they also held events to attract the community with their giveaways. This is also their strategy to market their products to public such as Tesco, Econsave and so on.
