As a group of four members, Nurul Izzaty binti Ishak PDL 1501-021, Nur Farah Aishah binti Sulaiman PDL 1501-023, Nur Ain Shahira binti Damsuki PDL 1501-012 and Muhammad Amirul bin Taharuddin PDL 1501-019, now doing our Diploma in Integrated Logistics Management. We were given a group assignment for Material Management subject by Sir Syamrie bin Datuk Azhari.

The purpose of this report is to study a company structure based on their strategies and planning, inventory management and warehousing, purchasing and order processing, transportation, information technology and their organizational structure. Other than that, we could grab a chance to relate what we have learned previously with our visit to a particular company. After we discussed together, we had an agreement to choose Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad (Dutch Lady Malaysia) for our group assignment. Moreover, Dutch Lady Milk are produced in healthy dairy nutrition since beginning Dutch farmer families have been producing milk that is full of wholesome goodness for generations.
